We are unable to offer exchanges or accept returns for earrings or hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Angelco Accessories. If you wish to request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide further direction.
All items are quality checked before shipping. However, if you receive your item damaged, please contact us within 7 days of your parcel arriving.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items damaged from customer use will not be eligible for a replacement or refund – this will be at our discretion.
Our products are delicate and need to be treated with care. Do not allow beauty products (eg, perfume, moisturiser, make-up) to come in contact with your Angelco Accessories products. Doing so may result in discolouration which will not be deemed a fault.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request replacement of a faulty item with another of the same item, send an email with photos to email@example.com. This request is to be received within 7 days of receipt of the product. After assessing the request we will provide you further direction.
Refunds for faulty items will be provided on a case by case basis.
You may be required to return the item to Angelco Accessories and we will notify you once it is received and inspected. To guarantee that we receive your returned item we recommend you use tracking and include a copy of receipt for the shipping cost. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please do not return the item until you have emailed us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After we receive your email we will provide you with further direction.
If your return is approved, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment and including the shipping cost of returning the item.
Please note that approved refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval but may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
